The necessary notice on the Cookies Policy has come back to the news some time after the AGPD published a guide and even though there is no clear idea of how this should be materialized in practice to comply with the GDPR.

–      Cookies policy

Cookie is a file that is downloaded to your computer when you access certain web pages. – What types of cookies does this website use?

The Web DECOASPORTS SERVICIOS ACADÉMICOS Y DEPORTIVOS, S.L. may use third-party services that collect information for statistical purposes, use of the Site by the user and for the provision of other services related to the activity of the Website and other Internet services. In particular, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. domiciled in the United States with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043.  To provide these services, they use cookies that collect information, including the IP address of the user, which will be transmitted, processed and stored by Google on the terms set out in the Web Google.com. Including the possible transmission of such information to third parties for reasons of legal requirement or when such third parties process the information on behalf of Google. (At this point the AGPD suggests including each of the third party cookies used and the data of such third parties. For obvious reasons in this model only Google has been included in the use of Analytics for being the most widespread and common).

The User expressly accepts, by using this Site, the processing of the information collected in the manner and for the purposes mentioned above. And also acknowledges knowing the possibility of refusing the processing of such data or information by rejecting the use of Cookies by selecting the appropriate settings for this purpose in your browser.
